Snow Globe - Imbolc Women's Retreat
January 30 – February 3, 2027
Private Airbnb residence (address provided upon registration)
By registering for this retreat, I confirm that I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the assumption of risk, property damage policy, dry retreat policy, and cancellation/refund policy outlined above.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in this retreat, including all activities, travel, and time spent at the property, is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that certain activities carry inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, damage, illness, or injury to yourself or your property that may result from participation.
Property & Damage Policy
This retreat is held at a privately rented Airbnb property.
Participants are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and all included amenities with care and respect.
Any damage to the property caused by a participant's negligence, misuse, or willful conduct is the financial responsibility of that participant, and may be billed directly to them, including any costs charged to the host/organizer by the Airbnb owner or Airbnb platform (e.g., cleaning fees, repair costs, replacement costs).
Participants agree to report any accidental damage to the retreat organizer immediately.
The retreat organizer is not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damage caused by other guests or third parties.
Pool Swimming and Sauna Use — Swim at Your Own Risk
The property includes a pool:
There is no lifeguard on duty at any time.
Swimming and any water activities are done entirely at your own risk.
Participants with health conditions, or who cannot swim, should exercise appropriate caution or refrain from entering the water.
The retreat organizer is not responsible for injury, drowning, or other incidents related to water activities.
The property includes a sauna:
Use of the sauna is optional and at each participant's own discretion and risk.
Participants should limit sauna sessions to a reasonable duration, stay hydrated, and exit immediately if they feel dizzy, overheated, or unwell.
Participants with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or have other relevant health concerns should consult a physician before use and/or should not use the sauna.
Do not use the sauna while under the influence of medication that may impair judgment.
The retreat organizer is not responsible for injury or health incidents resulting from sauna use.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 90 or more days before the retreat start date (i.e., on or before November 1, 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 90 days before the retreat start date (after November 1, 2026) are not eligible for any refund.
No-shows and early departures are not eligible for any refund or credit.
In the event the retreat organizer must cancel the retreat, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a future retreat.
Health, Liability, & Code of Conduct
Participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations to the organizer prior to the retreat. By attending, participants release the retreat organizer, host, and property owner from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat, except where caused by the organizer's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
All participants are expected to treat fellow guests, the organizer, and the property with respect. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these terms (including the dry retreat policy).
