Winter chill releases sloooooowly…are you quiet enough to sense it?
Come with Leah to her home mountains (the Blue Hills). It’s time to honor the transition from winter into spring with quiet anchoring and tender nourishment.
Witness the Hill’s big exhale as we experience sweeping 360 degree views of the wise Appalachian Mountains and roam with intention across the 5-acres of our private villa.
Winter chill is just starting to release in this annual crossing and this retreat is designed to support your senses to feel the crossing fully.
This is a highly unique experience in a retreat - limited to 6 vetted women who are ready for a moment of quiet, longing to be spoiled a bit at the table, and needing an intimate setting with other powerful women.
From our playful first day to reverent closing circle - this is a retreat meant for rest, nourishment, and tender sensing of the Earth’s wisdom in the Hills.

The Experience
Imbolc is a seasonal remembrance that honors the crossing of winter into spring.
Ritual and Notions
Imbolc invites quiet tending and easful stirring. We witness the crossroads of Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. Allow ourselves the power of just being together in silence.
Prop your feet up and get treated to grounding elixirs and nourishment to prepare your body for deep rest in the Appalachian Mountains (older than Saturn’s rings! 🪐)
Our first afternoons together bring naps, long stretches, and practicing humming and nervous system support.
You’re safe to close your eyes - my eyes will be open the entire time. You’re invited to cleanse and replenish. A pot of bone broth will be brewing the entire time.
You’re welcome to nourish by the fire - if you smell cookies…indulge, mama.

Our Days Together
Day 1
Arrive & Exhale
Welcome to our Private villa! Exhale, mama!
Our first day together is a day of rest, practicing boredom, and hearty meals adorned by the frosty air. Explore hidden gems in the forest, dip in the indoor pool, close your eyes in the sauna, or rest by the fire or in your private quarters (extended dark hot showers encouraged!!).
Day 2
Prepare
Our second day is a day of preparation for silence that begins at sundown. Preparation looks like more boredom practice, sessions with your facilitator and Imbolc guidebook, continued hydration and nourishment, and a warm family meal.
Our evening circle closes chatter and welcomes silence. We honor the Northern Hemisphere’s awakening with a silent walk before dripping into our beds.
Day 3
Honor Imbolc
Very rarely do we get to dedicate ourselves to a day of silence.
We eat our meals together - silently. I’ve selected flame and flicker from an expert candlemaker. Allow the sounds of the table to guide your gaze.
Day 4
Integrate
We meet in silence at daybreak - bundled up, we take the same walk as our opening of the silent container. We close our walk cozy by the fire as you’re guided back into your voice with hums and drums until we’re wide awake.
Our final full day together unfurls into food demonstrations and exploration. We’ll close our day with a colorful dinner and Yoga Nidra session.
